An email sent to us indicates that Finch is opening within The Boxer, a boutique hotel on Merrimac Street that moves into the city's Flatiron Building which was built more than 100 years ago. The new hotel restaurant features American fare with a "modern New England twist," with the menus within their website showing such items as pancakes, breakfast sandwiches, soups, salads, kettle chips, flatbreads, burgers, and lobster macaroni and cheese, along with an array of cocktails.
Eater Boston mentions that Finch opens at 5:00 PM today.
