Fresh City in Boston's Seaport District Has Closed

A local group of quick-casual restaurants has closed its shop in the Seaport District of Boston.

According to a poster on the Chowhound site (and confirmed by the restaurant's website), Fresh City on Seaport Lane at World Trade Center East is no longer in business, with the poster saying that it shuttered last Friday. It appears that other locations of the eatery--including at the Landmark Center in the Fenway, Natick, Newton, and Woburn--remain open.

The Seaport District location of Fresh City was a breakfast and lunch spot that offered such items as bagels, pastries, soups, salads, burritos, stir-fry items, pizza, and sandwiches.

The address for this now-closed restaurant in the Seaport District was: Fresh City, 2 Seaport Lane, Boston, MA, 02210. The website for all locations can be found at http://www.freshcity.com/
