Highlights for the Week Ending January 3, 2014

Several more stories and articles focusing on the Boston-area restaurant scene came out over the past week, including a landmark nightclub going up for sale, a New York-based burger and shake place opening its first location within the Boston city limits, and Zagat including two local restaurants among its most anticipated openings.
