Bareburger Is Coming to Boston

A small chain of New York-based organic burger restaurants is going to be making its way to Boston.

According to its website, Bareburger is planning to open somewhere in the area, with its opening slated for sometime this summer. The chain, which started out in Brooklyn in 2002, is known for its wide variety of burgers, including meats such as elk, wild boar, lamb, bison, and ostrich used. More locations appear to be on the way as well, including in Stamford, CT and New York's Upper West Side and Wall Street neighborhoods.

Currently, there are 18 existing locations of Bareburger, with most of them being in and around New York City. The website for the chain can be found at http://www.bareburger.com/

Thanks to The Columbus Dispatch for bringing this to our attention.
