Friends of Boston's Homeless Beyond Shelter Gala Returns to the House of Blues, April 10, 2014

A benefit that helps homeless people in Boston is returning to the Fenway this month, and a number of area restaurants will be taking part in the event.

The 27th annual Friends of Boston's Homeless Beyond Shelter Gala will take place on Thursday, April 10 at the House of Blues on Lansdowne Street, with the event going from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM. This year, tastings from such restaurants as the Ashmont Grill, The Fireplace, Gather, Steel & Rye, Sweet Basil, Tresca, and others will be offered, along with beer and wine, a live auction, and a raffle.

Tickets to the 2014 Beyond Shelter Gala cost $125 each for general admission, with proceeds directly benefiting Friends of Boston's Homeless programs to end homelessness by helping individuals gain independence through various means.
