A poster on the Chowhound site indicates that Cancun Taqueria on Mass. Ave. (between Harvard Square and Central Square) is no longer in operation, with a phone call seeming to confirm this, as it would not go through. The dining spot first opened in August of 2013, moving into a basement space of a building that also houses Zoe's, Cafe Sushi, and the now-closed Dolphin Seafood. (The space that Cancun had been in was formerly occupied by Lamole restaurant.)
At this point in time, it is not known what might be going into the space where Cancun had been; a new location of Boston Burger Company is being planned for the building, but it looks like that will be going into the Dolphin space.
