Saigon Alley Food Truck to Debut in Boston

Yet another food truck is on its way to Boston, and this one will be offering up Vietnamese street food.

Eater Boston is reporting (via Hub Food Trucks) that Saigon Alley is going to be hitting the streets of Boston, with the focus being on freshly-made inexpensive foods found in Southeast Asia, including banh mi (Vietnamese sandwiches). It is not yet known when the truck will debut, but Hub Food Trucks says it passed Inspectional Services last week, so it could be opening relatively soon.
