Bon Me Is Opening at Chestnut Hill Square

The people behind a group of Vietnamese food trucks and brick-and-mortar restaurants are looking to expand once again, with another permanent dining spot on the way.

The Boston Business Journal is reporting that Bon Me is planning to Open at Chestnut Hill Square, which is a new mixed-use development on Route 9 by the Newton/Brookline border that is also home to locations of Wegmans, Sweetgreen, Brio, Seasons 52, and Capital Grille. It is not yet known if this will be the third or fourth brick-and-mortar location of the Vietnamese restaurant, as another new outlet is coming to the Fresh Pond/Alewife section of Cambridge at some point [ed note--now open]. Currently, existing locations of Bon Me can be found in Cambridge's Kendall Square and the Fort Point section of Boston, along with food trucks set up in various locations around the Boston area.

[December 28 update: The Tables section of The Boston Globe mentions that the new Bon Me at Chestnut Hill Square is now open.]
