According to a licensing board page in the City of Boston website, Prescott is seeking approval to open on Terminal Street in Charlestown, moving into a space at the far northern end of the neighborhood by the start of a small peninsula formed by Little Mystic Channel and the Mystic River. (The peninsula is also home to Downeast Cider, though they are planning to move.) Very little is currently know about the proposed eatery, which would have indoor and outdoor dining and proposed hours of 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday through Friday and 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM on Saturdays and Sundays.
This section of Charlestown, which is mainly industrial and residential, has little in the way of restaurants, other than a couple of takeout spots. (The closest full-service restaurant is Brewer's Fork on Moulton Street, which is more than a half mile away from where Prescott would be.)
[February 10, 2016 update: Based on a Twitter post, it appears that Prescott is close to opening, as it has a menu on the door and its website is now up. The site mentions that the new dining spot will feature "traditional American tastes with Latin American flair" (including cheesesteak tortilla bites, fish tacos, burgers, burrito bowls, French toast, and omelets) and that it will be open for lunch on weekdays and brunch on weekends.
