Riceburg Food Truck Debuts in Boston

A brand new food truck has hit the streets of Boston, and this one combines foods from the East and the West.

Eater Boston is reporting (via an Instagram page from Steven Leibowitz of the Hub Food Trucks blog) that Riceburg is up and running, with the truck apparently having been on the road for a few weeks now. The food truck's menu includes what appears to be a mix of Asian and American foods, including crispy chicken sandwiches on compressed rice buns, steamed fish and beef balls, shaved steak on rice buns, a shaved shiitake mushroom rice burger, rice cake skewers, fries, and more.

Riceburg can currently be found at 2 Boylston Street in Chinatown on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and at 432 Stuart Street by Copley Square from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM on Thursdays and Fridays and 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM on Saturdays and Sundays. Its Twitter page is at https://twitter.com/Riceburg1
