The Westwood Press is reporting that Pancho's Taqueria is opening in Dedham, moving into the space on High Street where the Dedham Flower Shoppe used to be. The article says that owners Nohely Chavira Williams and Carlos Chavira plan to offer an array of traditional Mexican items, including those found in their native Sonora; items such as pozole (a traditional soup), hot dogs with bacon, tacos, tortas, burritos, quesadillas, and more will be offered.
If all goes as planned, Pancho's Taqueria could be open by later this month.
[March 14, 2016 update: Pancho's Taqueria did not end up opening in September after all, but a note on its Facebook page indicates that it officially opens its doors tomorrow (and a source tells us that the place had a soft opening over the weekend).]
The address for this new Mexican restaurant in Dedham is: Pancho's Taqueria, 551 High St Dedham, MA 02026. Its website will be at http://www.panchostaqueria.com/
