Eater Boston is reporting (via a City of Somerville licensing commission page) that Totto Ramen is expanding to Somerville's Assembly Row, joining another location on Brighton Avenue in Allston along with shops in Midtown West, Midtown East, and Hell's Kitchen in Manhattan. Based on the other locations of the eatery, the dining spot will likely offer spicy ramen, cold ramen, and miso ramen with a chicken base (rather than the more common pork base) and with a variety of toppings available.
