According to a Boston Licensing Board page, Anna's Cafe is planning to open in Charlestown, with the address indicating that it may be opening within 275 Medford Street, a five-story residential community that is located near the start of a small peninsula formed by Little Mystic Channel and the Mystic River. Very little is known about the proposed eatery other than the possibility that it would be on the first floor of the development, with hours being 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
The section of Charlestown where Anna's Cafe would be is in an old port area that is almost completely industrial and residential, with the only dining option in the immediate area being Prescott, a Latin American eatery on Terminal Street.
