Hen House, Liquor Land Reopen After Ceiling Collapse

A couple of Boston businesses are open once again after they had to close temporarily due to a ceiling collapse earlier this month.

A recent check on the building indicates that Hen House and Liquor Land on the Roxbury/Dorchester line near Newmarket Square have reopened after their building was taped off when some of the structure's cement apparently broke off and caved in the ceiling. The Mass. Ave. building went through a structural evaluation shortly after the April 6 ceiling collapse, which injured two people.

The Hen House and Liquor Land are both located at 1033 Massachusetts Avenue.
