According to a license commission agenda page within the city's website, Dumpling Xuan is seeking a common victualler license to operate on Cambridge Street, with the address indicating that it would be located between 5th Street and 6th Street a few blocks west of the Lechmere T station. The hearing notice mentions that the dining spot would have seating for 40 and proposed hours from 11:00 AM to 1:00 AM daily, with the manager of the place being Hong Zheng.
Little other information on Dumpling Xuan has been given at this point in time; as soon as we find out more, we will post an update here.
