Ruckus Noodle Shop Opens in Boston's Chinatown This Weekend

A long-awaited ramen bar arrives in Boston this weekend.

Boston Magazine is reporting that Ruckus opens in Chinatown on Saturday, July 8, with the team behind Shojo and BLR (Best Little Restaurant) operating the place. The article says that Mike Stark (Tiger Mama, Coppa, Toro) is the executive chef of the 20-seat dining spot, replacing Mark O'Leary, who left the group this spring; the menu from Stark and the Ruckus team will offer six traditional noodle bowl options along with add-ons, and three "bite-sized" rice bowls will be available as well. Ruckus will be open from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM Thursday through Sunday.

Plans for Ruckus were first announced around the beginning of 2016.

The address for this new ramen spot in Chinatown is: Ruckus Noodles, 5 Tyler Street, Boston, MA, 02111. Its website will be at http://www.ruckusboston.com/
