A growing group of casual upscale dining spots is planning to open a new location north of Boston, moving into a space where a legendary restaurant had once been.
According to an article from the Saugus Advertiser, 110 Grill has received approval by the town to open at the site of the old Hilltop Steak House, with the restaurant possibly opening in the first quarter of 2019. The post says that the property, which is now owned by AvalonBay Communities, Inc., will also see an as-of-yet unnamed fast casual eatery and retail shops along with 280 apartment units.
110 Grill, which focuses mainly on New American fare, currently has locations in Berlin, Braintree, Chelmsford, Fall River, Haverhill, Hopkinton, Leominster, Marlboro, and Wayland, as well as locations in Nashua and Rochester, NH. (A number of other locations will be coming as well, including ones in Maynard and Woburn, according to its website.)
The address for the upcoming 110 Grill is 855 Broadway (Route 1), Saugus, MA, 01906. The website for all locations can be found at https://www.110grill.com/
