A small group of dining and drinking spots that claim to be the "best beer bar restaurants" in the United States will expand to the Boston area.
The Boston Globe is reporting that City Works Eatery & Pour House is planning to open at Arsenal Yards, a new development that is replacing the old Arsenal Mall in Watertown. The article says that the restaurant and bar will move into one of the existing spaces at the site rather than the Arsenal Mall space itself, which is being torn down. Once it opens, expect to see classic American fare along with a variety of craft beer options at City Works Eatery & Pour House, whose parent company is Chicago-based Bottleneck Management and currently has a handful of locations in Pennsylvania, Ohio, Minnesota, Florida, and Texas.
Arsenal Yards is expected to be complete in the spring of 2019, so City Works Eatery & Pour House could be opening around that time.
