A Beacon Hill restaurant that has received local and national recognition over the years for its romantic atmosphere is on the market.
According to an article in Boston Magazine, The Hungry I on Charles Street is up for sale along with the building in which it resides, with the price (approximately $4 million) also including the restaurant's liquor license and entertainment license. The post says that the dining spot, which has been run by Peter Ballarin since 1981, has been included in "most romantic" restaurant lists from TimeOut Boston, USA Today, and Zagat.
The Hungry I consists of three rooms and a patio, while its building includes three one-bedroom apartments, according to Boston Magazine.
