An Atlanta-based dining spot that features an eclectic mix of sushi and poke items appears to be on its way to Boston.
Eater Boston is reporting that Poke Burri is planning to expand to the local area, possibly offering such items as sushi pizza, sushi corn dogs, sushi doughnuts, sushi burritos, and poke bowls based on the menu items at its Atlanta location along with a second location in Raleigh, NC. The article mentions that the sushi pizza includes a filled roll "crust" and a triangular bed of rice while the sushi corn dogs are made with deep fried rice and crab salad along with three sauces, and the sushi doughnuts include rice made into a circular shape and topped with tuna, salmon, or crab salad and sauce.
It is not yet known exactly where (or when) Poke Burri may open in the local area; as soon as we find out more, we will post an update here.
