Xi'an Rougamo Opens at the Corner Mall in Boston's Downtown Crossing

by Marc Hurwitz

A new dining spot has come to downtown Boston, and it features a food item that is becoming increasingly popular in the local area.

According to an article from Eater Boston, Xi'an Rougamo is now open at the Corner Mall by the intersection of Washington Street and Winter Street, with the eatery offering hand-pulled noodles along with meat sandwiches (the word "Rougamo" refers to this food item), rice-based items, other noodle-based dishes, smoothies, and bubble tea. The restaurant joins a handful of other Boston-ara places that offer hand-pulled noodles, including Gene's Chinese Flatbread Cafe in Boston and Woburn, Chili Squared in Quincy, Home Taste in Watertown and Arlington, and Noodles King in the Longwood medical area.
