Another new restaurant has been announced for the upcoming casino complex in Everett, and this one will feature a food item that can only be found in a handful of places around the country.
According to an article in Boston Magazine, Rare Steakhouse is planning to open at Encore Boston Harbor resort and casino, with the dining spot offering certified authentic Kobe beef among other items such as Sanuki Olive Beef, rare Ideue beef, and American-raised beef products along with local seafood, premium and accessible wines, a variety of scotch options, and more. Rare Steakhouse--which has a connection to SW Steakhouse at the Wynn Las Vegas--is slated to open in June when the complex debuts.
As of 2016, only nine restaurants in the United States offered real Kobe, according to a Business Insider post.
