The person behind a pop-up restaurant that focuses in part on noodles is going to be opening a brick-and-mortar restaurant.
According to an article in Boston Magazine, chef Rachel Miller is opening Nightshade Noodle Bar in Lynn, with the restaurant getting its name from her Nightshade pop-up which has done a number of dinners, events, and series over the past couple of years, including at some of the best-known restaurants in the Boston area. Expect to see Vietnamese-influenced dishes including noodles, shellfish, sandwiches, and more at the 26-seat restaurant, which will also include a bar area and will be open for both lunch and dinner. An exact address has not yet been given for Nightshade Noodle Bar, but it will be located somewhere on Exchange Street in the downtown section of Lynn.
If all goes as planned, Nightshade Noodle Bar could be opening later this summer.
