A new lunch spot is on its way to the Back Bay, and it will focus on healthy food options.
According to an article in Boston Magazine, Red White Japanese Vegan is planning to open on Newbury Street, with the restaurant featuring customizable rice bowls that include a variety of toppings and sauces, while smoothies will be available as well. The post mentions that owner Toc Kobayashi has run a number of dining spots in Japan and that his hope is to open more locations of this quick-service/takeout concept if things go well.
Red White Japanese Vegan will debut this Saturday (April 13) at noon, according to Boston Magazine.
The address for this upcoming dining spot in the Back Bay is: Red White Japanese Vegan, 294 Newbury Street, Boston, MA, 02115. Its Facebook page can be found at https://www.facebook.com/RedWhiteVegan/
