According to a Wicked Local article, Rivershed in Scituate has gotten approval by the Braintree License Board to open in Weymouth Landing, with the dining spot coming to the new Landing 53 development on Commercial Street. The post says that the new location of Rivershed will have seating for 129, including 24 seats on a seasonal outdoor patio, and that the menu will feature "burgers, barbecue, and craft beers" much like its original location. If all goes well, the restaurant and bar could be opening in Weymouth Landing next year.
Landing 53, which opened in January of 2018, is an apartment complex whose residential section has been full since last summer, and while its commercial area on the ground floor is still not completely full, another unnamed tenant appears to be interested in the space as well.
