A local group of upscale Italian steakhouses is expanding again, and this location will be geared for travelers.
According to an article from Eater Boston, Davio's Northern Italian Steakhouse is going to be opening at Logan Airport, with the restaurant coming to Terminal C sometime in September. Once it debuts, the new location of the dining spot will join other local outlets in Boston's Park Square, Braintree, Chestnut Hill, Foxboro, and Lynnfield, and another new location is being planned for Fan Pier on the Boston waterfront as well.
Davio's dates back to 1985, when owner Steve DiFillippo bought a restaurant with that name on Newbury Street in Boston's Back Bay.
