A French bakery in Boston's Back Bay neighborhood has shut down for good.
According to a source, Patisserie on Newbury is no longer in business, with a sign out front saying that it has closed permanently and thanking its customers for their business over the past several years. The shop, which first opened in the fall of 2013, was known in part for its breads, cheeses, pastries, and baked goods, and it also offered sandwiches while having a little grocery area within the space as well.
The address for the now-closed Patisserie on Newbury was 257 Newbury Street, Boston, MA, 02116.
