It appears that a dispensary is interested in moving into a space in one of Boston's hottest neighborhoods, and the space just happens to be home to a restaurant that has a celebrity chef behind it.
According to a source, a meeting is taking place on September 30 to look at Keltic Green, a proposed retail cannabis shop that is looking to move into 324 A Street in the city's Fort Point neighborhood. This is the same address as Ming Tsai's Blue Dragon restaurant, and a meeting notice from the Fort Point Boston site includes the name Blue Dragon when mentioning the space that Keltic Green is looking at. We have since been told by the restaurant that Blue Dragon remains in operation and that any business potentially taking over the restaurant's space--be it Keltic Green or another--could take up to two years to happen, so the dining spot is probably not going anywhere soon.
Blue Dragon, which first opened in 2013, is an eclectic tapas-style restaurant with Asian influences. Its website can be found at https://www.bluedragonbos.com
