The group behind an upcoming Korean food hall in Manhattan is looking at some expansion plans as well, and one of the places it is eyeing is Boston.
According to an article from Eater New York, Group KFF, which is the parent company of popular Korean barbecue spots Jongro BBQ and Dons Bogam and which is opening K-Food Gallery next summer in the Midtown section of Manhattan, is considering the opening of a food hall in Boston along with a number of other cities around the country. If it happens and it is based on the upcoming food hall in New York, the Boston location could feature a number of Korean eateries along with other Asian dining spots, though no specifics have been given as of yet.
Eater says that Manhattan's K-Food Gallery will include such places as Korean fried chicken spot BB.Q Chicken, Taiwanese boba shop Tiger Sugar, an egg sandwich shop called Eggdrop, Korean comfort food restaurant Marrizzang, and a location of the aforementioned Jongro BBQ.
