It looks like a new Chinese restaurant is on its way to Brookline, and it will apparently be a fusion spot of sorts.
According to an article from the Brookline TAB/Wicked Local, Noah’s Kitchen is planning to open on Harvard Street in Brookline Village, with the address indicating that it would be taking over the space where a real estate office had been. The post mentions that the upcoming eatery would "break from traditional Chinese cookery," instead focusing on food items that are popular in "today's urban China," with such items as steamed dandelion dumplings, heritage Tibet beef, miso-cured bass, and short rib stew being offered, along with beer, wine, sake, and tea.
Noah's Kitchen does not have an opening date as of yet, but the article does say that the Brookline Select Board approved of its request for a license last week.
The address for Noah's Kitchen will be 18 Harvard Street, Brookline, MA, 02445.
