A downtown Boston restaurant whose roots date back nearly 40 years is going to be closing.
According to an article from Eater Boston, BLR by Shojo in Chinatown is shutting down at the end of business hours on Saturday, December 21, as the team behind the Hudson Street eatery will be focusing on its other restaurants, including Shojo, Ruckus (which will have changes/additions made to its food and drink menus), and an upcoming dining spot that will be located underneath Ruckus. BLR by Shojo is basically a reconcepting of Best Little Restaurant, which first started out in the early 1980s; the revamped restaurant, which debuted in 2016, is known for its modern takes on classic Chinese fare.
The address for BLR by Shojo is 13A Hudson Street, Boston, MA, 02111. Its website can be found at https://www.blrbyshojo.com/
