A gourmet burger chain that got its start overseas has opened its first Boston-area location.
According to a message sent to us from restaurant critic MC Slim JB, Burgerim is now open in Burlington, moving into a space at the Middlesex Marketplace on the Middlesex Turnpike. As mentioned in an article here earlier, the chain was initially established in Israel, though it is now headquartered in California, and their restaurants feature 1/3- and 1/4-pound hamburgers along with chicken sandwiches, falafel, salmon, and lamb burgers, and more.
