A restaurant featuring noodles that was affiliated with several other dining spots with similar names and different concepts has shut down permanently.
According to a post from Eater Boston, Love Art Udon by Boston University near the Boston/Brookline border has closed for good, with the website for the Commonwealth Avenue spot saying that "...with everything that has been happening in the world, unfortunately the day to move on has come." The note on the site does say that the Love Art Udon brand may live on as a series of pop-ups, but no definitive plans have been given as of yet. Other restaurants from the Love Art Udon team, including Poke by Love Art near North Station and Love Art Sushi in the Fenway/Back Bay area remain in operation.
Love Art Udon first opened in the fall of 2018, offering udon dishes, tempura, and more.
The address for the now-closed Love Art Udon was 1024 Commonwealth Avenue, Boston, MA, 02215. Its website is at https://www.loveartudon.com/
