Old Colony Brewing Is Opening a New Taproom in Whitman

The people behind a small brewery in the southern suburbs of Boston will be opening a new taproom in another space, while also keeping its current facility as well.

According to a source, Old Colony Brewing in Whitman is planning to expand to a new space, with a message sent by the business confirming this, saying that it will open a taproom on Washington Street that will have seating for 60, while also offering food from local restaurants. In addition, its current space on Bedford Street will remain open for brewing, while the new location will also have a small system for "trial batches." If all goes as planned, the new taproom could be opening in September.

The address for the current facility for Old Colony Brewing is 605 Bedford Street (route 18), while the address for the new taproom will be 599 Washington Street. The website for the business can be found at https://www.oldcolonybrewing.com/
