Farmhouse Baking Co. Is Opening Farmhouse Cafe in South Weymouth

A small-batch baker whose products can be purchased online and via local vendors and shops will be opening its very own place on the South Shore.

According to a source, Farmhouse Baking Co. is planning to open Farmhouse Cafe in South Weymouth, with the spot apparently opening on Columbian Street next to the Cameo Theater in Columbian Square, based on a thread on its Facebook page. Pictures shown within the thread indicate that the new shop will offer such items as macarons, cookies, and whoopies pies, while the thread mentions that it plans to open sometime this fall.

The Facebook page for the business says that Farmhouse Baking Co. currently sells its products at such places as Fruit Center Marketplace in Hingham and Milton, Olympic Pizza and Bailey's Package Store in South Weymouth, and Lucky Finn Cafe in Hanover and Scituate.

The website for Farmhouse Baking Co. is at https://www.farmhousebaking.co/

[January 7, 2021 update: A check on the place indicates that Farmhouse Cafe is now open.]
