According to a source, Esquite Restaurant is opening on Shirley Avenue, with the website for the dining spot saying that a grand opening is planned for September 16. The new restaurant will be featuring street corn along with some other street food items commonly found in Mexico, though we are still waiting to see a detailed menu from the place. The owners of Esquite also run the Eloti food truck on Broadway in Revere, with the truck being known for its street corn options.
