A new dining complex is on its way to a section of Boston that has relatively few options for food and drink.
According to a press release, Foundation Kitchen is planning to open at The Graphic Lofts, a luxury apartment building in the Sullivan Square section of Charlestown, with the business including a food hall, a craft beer and wine bar, and a cafe along with a shared culinary workspace that will feature cooking classes, pop-up dining, and various events. The release says that a husband-and-wife team (Ciaran Nagle and Tara Novak) is behind the place, with their plan being to be open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily with in-house dining and takeout both being available, while the complex will include both indoor and outdoor spaces for those who choose to dine in.
If all goes well, Foundation Kitchen could be opening in the first quarter of 2021.
The address for Foundation Kitchen (and The Graphic Lofts) is 32 Cambridge Street, Charlestown, MA, 02129. The website for Foundation Kitchen can be found at https://www.foundationkitchen.com/
