A French and Moroccan restaurant in Charlestown that reconcepted a few years ago has reconcepted again.
According to Patrick Maguire of Maguire Promotions & Hospitality Consulting, Tangierino on Main Street has become Bistro Street Charlestown, with a Charlestown Patriot-Bridge article mentioning that the new dining spot plans to have a soft opening today. The article also mentions that Boston Cigar Club will open both next door and in the basement and will include a store, while the restaurant itself will focus on "bistro-style comfort food with a flair," with the menu including small plates, burgers, steak dishes, and more.
Samad Naamad first opened Tangierino approximately 20 years ago, with the restaurant changing over to a Spanish tapas bar called Madera 83 in 2017, then changing back to Tangierino a year later.
The address for Street Bistro Charlestown is 83 Main Street, Charlestown, MA, 02129.
