A highly-anticipated brewpub has arrived in Cambridge, taking over the space where another restaurant and beer bar had been until closing last year.
According to a source, Wachusett Brew Yard opens today in the former John Harvard's Brewery and Ale House within The Garage in Harvard Square, with a Facebook post saying that it debuted at 4:00 PM and it will have a "diverse line up of hand-crafted beers and meals." This is the third Brew Yard that Wachusett has opened, with the other two being in Westminster (where Wachusett Brewing Company is headquartered) and Worcester.
