A brand new bagel shop is on its way to the northern suburbs.
A message sent from Richard Auffrey of The Passionate Foodie indicates that House of Bagels is coming to Reading, with the Facebook page for the Main Street shop saying that it will be opening "very soon," though no specific opening date has been given as of yet. Based on the address, it appears that House of Bagels will be taking over the former Gregory's Deli space, which is south of Reading Center and a short distance north of the Route 128/28 intersection.
