WakuWaku Ramen & Sake Is Opening in the Former Suishaya Space in Boston's Chinatown

A new dining spot that will feature ramen and sake is on its way to Chinatown, replacing a Korean restaurant and sushi spot that appeared to be under the same ownership.

According to a post from Eater Boston, WakuWaku is planning to open in the space on Tyler Street where Suishaya had been, with the eatery being open for lunch and dinner daily. The upcoming spot has a connection to KLW Hospitality which is behind such places as Hong Kong Eatery, Quic Pic BBQ, Limelight Stage & Studios, The Ming Dynasty, and the now-closed Suishaya, based on Eater's post along with a corporate page showing that the parent company for WakuWaku is Suishaya, Inc.

The address for WakuWaku is 2 Tyler Street, Boston, MA, 02111. Its website can be found at https://www.wakuwakuramen.com/ while the website for KLW Hospitality is at https://klwhospitality.com/

[June 16 update: A tweet from @FortPointer indicates that WakuWaku is now open.]
