It looks like another suburban location of a local group of pizzerias has shut down.
According to a source (Aron Levy), Upper Crust Pizzeria in Burlington appears to have closed permanently, as the Burlington Mall Road spot is "empty," while a check on the website for the group of pizzerias shows that this location has been removed from the site and that its Burlington web page redirects to the homepage on the website. Another location of Upper Crust in Wellesley shut down in 2019, while outlets in Boston's Beacon Hill and the South End along with Brookline, Cambridge, and Lexington remain in operation. (Several other locations closed back in 2012, including in Boston's BU area as well as Beverly, Salem, and Waltham.)
The address for the now-closed location of Upper Crust Pizzeria in Burlington was 68 Burlington Mall Road, Burlington, MA, 01803. The website for the other locations can be found at https://www.theuppercrustpizzeria.com/
