A brand new Mexican eatery may be on its way to an historic MetroWest neighborhood.
According to a source, Casa del Taco Mexican restaurant is looking to open in the Saxonville section of Framingham, with a Framingham Source article indicating that it would be moving into the space on Concord Street that had been home to Mediterranean Turkish Cuisine until it moved a couple of miles down the road to the Old Path Village Plaza last year. Very little is known about the proposed eatery other than the fact that Rosa Gomez is behind the place and that a hearing on its request for a common victualler license is slated for today; as soon as we find out more, we will post an update here.
The address for Casa del Taco would be 1609 Concord Street, Framingham, MA, 01701.
