A Cambridge hotel that is being renovated this summer will become home to a brand new restaurant and bar.
According to a source, Paperback Tavern will be opening within the Hyatt Regency Boston/Cambridge on Memorial Drive, with a boston.com article saying that it will offer classic American fare while having views of the Charles River and Boston, and that a cafe and to-go market called Paperback Provisions will be set up in the hotel lobby, selling takeout meals, pastries, and coffee.
The boston.com article states that the hotel remains open during the upgrades and that Paperback Tavern plans to open when renovations are complete in the fall.
