It looks like changes are coming to a restaurant space just outside of North Square in the North End of Boston.
According to a meeting notice page within the North End/Waterfront Residents Association website, Cristobal de Paz and Martin Aliaj have made an agreement to purchase the Prince Street space that is home to Pellino's, with the plan being to open a new restaurant called Isabella's. Very little additional information has been given other than the fact that a transfer of the liquor license from Isabella's to Pellino's is in the works and that it appears there would be "no physical or closing hour changes."
Pellino's first opened in the North End in 2012, taking over the space where G'Vanni's had been; another location of Pellino's had been in Marblehead, but that restaurant closed at around the same time that the North End restaurant opened.
The address for Isabella's is 2 Prince Street, Boston, MA, 02113. Its website is at https://www.isabellasboston.com/
[January 14, 2022 update: According to its website, Isabella's is now open, with its menu including such items as bruschetta, fried calamari, bolognese, carbonara, gnocchi, lobster ravioli, linguini con vongole, veal marsala, chicken risotto, and salmon piccata.]
