A brand new Indian restaurant has opened in the northwest suburbs of Boston.
According to a source, Tashan is now open in Bedford, moving into a space by the corner of Route 62 and the Middlesex Turnpike that is also home to Bamboo, Flatbread, and the Melting Pot. The website for the dining spot mentions that Vishal Sood (of the local fast-casual chain Gourmet India) and his family are behind it, with this being their first sit-down restaurant.
The menu for Tashan includes such items as tuna chaat ceviche, chicken tikka masala, fish curry, goat cheese kofta, saag paneer, lamb shank, glazed salmon, and chicken biryani along with a variety of beers, wines, spirits, and cocktails.
The address for Tashan is 213 Burlington Road (Route 62), Bedford, MA, 01730. Its website can be found at https://www.tashanbedford.com/
