It looks like an award-winning group of restaurants based in the Southeast may be on its way to the local area.
Based on information from a source, the Charleston Hospitality Group is planning to expand to Boston, with a post from the mountpleasantchamber.org site mentioning that Toast! All Day is opening somewhere in the city, saying that it is "now proudly a national franchise with 5 locations in Charleston with Savannah, Greenville, Atlanta, Miami and Boston opening 2021/2022." According to the restaurant's website, Toast! All Day has been "hailed as a must-eat by the NY Times" and "awarded the 2021 Top 25 Best Brunches in the US by Tripadvisor."
The menu for Toast! All Day includes such items as deviled eggs, beignets, spinach oyster benedict, brioche French toast, sweet tea chicken biscuits, shrimp and grits, country ham, a fried green tomato BLT, po-boys, grilled meatloaf, and flounder.
