A downtown Boston bar that opened within an indoor marketplace last month has now expanded outdoors.
According to a press release, The Pine Bar at Boston Public Market now has a beer garden and truck facing the Rose Kennedy Greenway near the Surface Road entrance to the marketplace. The truck has four beer taps while also serving canned wines and beers, with hours for the beer garden being 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM daily.
The Filmark Hospitality Group (Ristorante Lucia, Filippo Ristorante, Ducali Pizzeria, Caffé Ducali, Cunard Tavern) and managing partner Phil Frattaroli are behind The Pine Bar, which is the only full-service drinking spot within Boston Public Market.
