Paolo's Opens in Saugus

An Italian restaurant in Charlestown that closed several years ago has been reborn on the North Shore.

According to its website, Paolo's is now open in Saugus, moving into a space at Cogliano Plaza on Lincoln Street. The website for the dining spot mentions that this is the second incarnation of Paolo's Trattoria, which was on Main Street in Charlestown and which closed in 2016 and has since been replaced by Monument Restaurant & Tavern. The menu for the new location of Paolo's includes such items as calamari, meatballs, pizza, spaghetti pomodoro, butternut squash ravioli, shrimp scampi, steak tips, chicken parmigiana, lamb shank, panna cotta, and tiramisu.

The address for Paolo's in Saugus is 304 Lincoln Avenue Unit E, Saugus, MA, 01926. Its website can be found at https://www.mypaolos.com/
