A pair of Japanese pubs just west and north of Boston will be expanding to a third location, and this one will be just south of the city.
According to a source, Omori Izakaya has a sign up at a storefront in Quincy, with the address indicating that it will be moving into a space on Foster Street on the eastern edge of the downtown area. This jibes with information from a Patriot Ledger article from last year that mentioned the business was seeking a liquor license for its new location; once it opens, it will join others in Brookline and Malden.
The address for Omori Izakaya (whose official name will be Omori Izakaya & Sushi, like the one in Malden) is 11 Foster Street, Quincy, MA, 02169. The website for the Brookline location is at https://www.omori.net/ while the website for the Malden location is at https://www.omorimalden.com/
